QA/QC Introduction

Our QA Division supervises both management system and product quality, in charge of everyday operation of the ISO9001 standard, implementation of examination plan including precaution and rectification measures,  dealing with complaints of customers and all the accidents, checking on warehouse material, production process and completed products.

After regular training, all the staff of the department are awarded the credentials. The standard laboratory is equipped with advanced apparatus and bearings. These installations can conduct all kinds of performance tests of resistance to tension, curvature, hardness, surface treatment and so on. The high accurate examination tools assure the product quality under the strict testing requirements.
